All Chappaqua AYSO teams are scheduled to have photos taken on 11/07 & 11/08. 

The paper forms will be available on your photo day at the fields or you can click here to get a head start.

All coaches will notify teams of their specific photo time around game times (before or after). 

 

On photo day please arrive a few minutes early with child in uniform, completed form, and check/cash for your order. 

Please be patient with the photographers and your photo time.  Around 100 teams are taking photos that weekend on our fields.
