- try to sign in
- if that fails, request that your password be emailed to you
- if it doesn't recognize your email, ask for your email (based on home
phone number)
- Contact the
registrar if you can not access your previously created account.
- Visit the Registration Instruction page
for overview and to create a NEW Account (do not create multiple
accounts).
