Why is the schedule not available months before the beginning of the season?

Coming up with the final schedule is a very difficult task, which involves not only AYSO, but also many other town sports organizations with which AYSO shares the fields, and the Chappaqua Central School District which regulates their usage.

None of these organizations has all the necessary information until shortly before the season begins.

For that reason, we ask that players register before the schedule is known. If for whatever reason the practice time does not fit the player’s schedule, they can ask for a full refund before the season begins.
